The output is a focussed set of strategic objectives - and a management team fully engaged and aligned behind them.
We then continue to support the management team in successfully executing the agreed strategic objectives - which might be focussed on sales growth, profitability, or realising value through an exit strategy.
During this support, based on the needs of the business, the lead Kirkbright Associate brings in trusted specialist associates - in marketing, sales, business development, operations and other disciplines - to help bring about change and achieve our objectives. This tried-and-tested model is like a head coach who brings in specialist trainers in attack, defence, sports psychology and nutrition as and when needed.
Management Development
Kirkbright also designs and delivers intensive, innovative and high-quality management development as open programmes, often in partnership with regional and national funding bodies such as Skillset, as well as bespoke programmes for specific companies.
