Greg works hands-on with the leaders of creative businesses. His recent work spans delivering an international leadership development programme for the world's biggest independent media production company; leading a turnaround strategy for an international multimedia school; mentoring a digital production company through strategic renewal and facilitating a multi-brand strategy and change programme for a £1bn UK services business.
Prior to founding Kirkbright, Greg was drafted in to lead change at the UK’s biggest creative industry recruiter. Before that he was CEO of the Centre for Creative Business based at Europe’s highest-ranked business school - London Business School - delivering leadership development courses and strategy support to creative industry leaders.
Greg has lectured on international MBA programmes, advised the BBC, ITV Plc and the UK government on strategy and policy, and authored thought leadership articles for The Financial Times among others. Prior to being awarded an MBA at London Business School Greg spent ten years as a journalist where he was part of the management team at ITN’s award-winning Channel Five News.

Carol Bloor, Marketing Director
Carol oversees the marketing and delivery of Kirkbright's open and customised leadership programmes. She has worked with a broad range of companies helping them to create and implement talent development programmes and incentive schemes to enhance performance, boost morale, communication and team engagement.
Carol has wide experience as a marketing specialist working indepdendently and in in senior management roles in the professional services sector. As National Marketing Manager at the accounting firm RSM Tenon Carol was instrumental in a major change management project transforming a disparate marketing support structure borne through rapid acquisition to a centralised national team. Whilst at Corporate Express Carol project managed the migration of the corporate client service delivery from a localised to centralised function to provide superior client response and enhanced commercial value.

Andrew Baker, Kirkbright Associate
Andrew is one of the most respected experts on monetising Intellectual Property in the UK. he has over 20 years experience operating at a senior level as legal advisor to creative businesses, managing all aspects of their IP from from identification, protection and exploitation.
Roles include Senior VP for Legal and Business Affairs at ITV Network Centre, Granada Entertainment USA and Head of Business Affairs in various departments within ITV productions including Granada Film, Cosgrove Hall Films, Granada Lifestyle and Granada Kids . Andrew has undertaken training on behalf of PACT as part of its 'In-Indies' training programme and has spoken at the European Games Convention and at the British Screen Advisory Council.
Richard Wyatt-Haines, Kirkbright Associate
Richard is a highly experienced consultant focused on strategy, leadership, performance and change. He uplifts the performance of organisations by providing stimulating and challenging facilitation and event chairing which energises senior people and teams to do things that make a real impact.
Since 1997 Richard has been working with clients as diverse as The Walt Disney Company, Boots Healthcare International, The Tourism Skills Network, Royal Bank of Scotland, ActionAid, BNP Paribas, Institute of Directors, The Defence Academy, GMAC – RFC and Standard Life Bank. From 2008 to 2010 operated as the Sales & Marketing Director of an insurance company client to lead a successful merger, the resultant strategic planning and rebranding, winning national awards and above market growth on the way. Richard is the author of ‘Align IT: Business Impact Through IT’ and has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

John has an enviable record for helping creative companies and their leaders make more than the best of what they have, providing commercial advice, helping them develop an integrated financial strategy and identifying the key performance indicators which will enable them to measure success. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
