Greg is our Founder and MD. Between 2004 and 2008 he was CEO of the highly-respected Centre for Creative Business a joint venture between Europe’s highest-ranked business school, London Business School, and Europe's largest creative university, University of the Arts London, delivering management development courses, mentoring and networking events to creative industry leaders.
Greg has been the CEO of Major Players the UK’s biggest recruiter in the creative industries, lectured on London Business School’s MBA programme, advised the BBC, ITV Plc and the UK government on strategy and policy, and authored thought leadership articles for The Financial Times, The Independent and The Times. Prior to getting an MBA at London Business School in 2002 Greg spent ten years as a journalist where he was part of the management team at ITN’s award-winning Channel Five News.

Carol Bloor, Programme Director
Carol has over ten year’s marketing experience operating at a senior level in the professional services sector. Between 2004 and 2009 Carol was National Marketing Manager for RSM Bentley Jennison, a progressive national accountancy firm with a turnover of £90m.
During this time Carol was instrumental in a major change management programme, successfully migrating the marketing support for the firm from a local to a national structure. Carol developed, recruited and managed a centralised marketing function which would effectively respond to and support the demands of the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. She was also responsible for the creation and management of a centralised bid team which secures 40% of the firm’s turnover.
As a management consultant and senior executive Carol has an extensive and impressive track record in driving sales, creating marketing strategies and delivering value-adding talent development programmes.
