What is it?
The Creative Business Leader Programme is a six-day integrated management development programme for the leaders and ‘rising stars’ of creative production businesses in Wales.
It is aimed primarily at the owners and managers of entrepreneurial businesses – to help provide them with the insights, tools and processes to navigate the unique issues of growing a creative business.
How do I find out more?
Simply email info@kirkbright.com and we will forward you a full prospectus and details of how to apply for a place. Applications to attend the programme should be submitted by Thursday 21st January 2010.
What does it cover?
The high-quality, intensive programme will deliver immediate value for the participant’s and their businesses in the crucially-important areas of commercial strategy and business planning, inspiring and leading people and teams, turning intellectual property into profits, and navigating the emerging digital marketplace.
Mentoring and coaching
As well as our interactive group session participants will be given the opportunity to benefit from a senior-level TV/digital industry mentor as well as an Executive Coach.
My opportunity?
Because of the high-quality and subsidised nature of the programme it is a massive opportunity – and we anticipate competition for places will be intense. To ensure the maximum value for each participant we will be limiting places to 15. Acceptance on to the programme will be reserved for those creative businesses that can persuade us they have the ability and ambition to grow.
When?
The programme is being held at 1 Caspian Point, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 4DQ and comprises of three modules:
Module One 25th - 26th February 2010 (Thur, Fri)
Module Two 19th - 20th March 2010 (Fri,Sat)
Module Three 22nd - 23rd April 2010 (Thur,Fri)
