In a highly competitive tendering process Kirkbright has won the right to deliver an integrated management development programme in Wales tailored to the owners and ‘rising star’ managers of Welsh creative production companies.
Designed for owner-managers Kirkbright’s Creative Business Leader (Wales) is an intensive programme which will cover people management, team building, commercial strategy, intellectual property and multi-platform business development. As well as six interactive group sessions at ATRIUM, University of Glamorgan in Cardiff participants will benefit from the support of an executive coach and a high-profile industry mentor.
The programme will focus on clarifying business plans and will be organised around key questions: how can I be a more effective leader? How can I grow my business faster? How can I grow my business more profitably?
